Uncut bagels are kosher parve, challot are kosher parve.
Under the Hashgacha of Chabad of Alabama.
PUBLIC
Has kosher canned goods, frozen items, chicken,
some bakery items as well as some other kosher products.
You can purchase par-baked bread from the bakery section
& finish the cooking at home in your own oven.
SEXTON FISH MARKET
Have a kosher only knife & a cutting board.
Make sure that you select a kosher species of fish
in addition to mentioning the kosher knife.
WHOLE FOODS
Various Kosher items, especially kosher parve & gluten free, as well as Challot.
Many bulk items are kosher.Whole foods also stocks Crestline bagels (see above)
WINN DIXIE
Kosher canned goods as well as parve baked goods.
KNESSETH ISRAEL CONGREGATION
Kitchen has microwavable meals & pizza available for purchase from the office.
We encourage community members to get their meat
from a local source when possible.
When not possible
Griller's Pride from Atlanta,
delivers from Atlanta to the Shul parking lot once monthly.
They carry sausage & some cuts of rare meat

The mikvah is available for use by men
as well as for utensils every day & women each evening.
