Shabbas & Yom Tov Cosmetics Halachic Instructions

following Rabbi Moshe Feinstein's z'l guidelines
- Your face must be dry & clean from any other makeup
- You cannot blend two colors together to create a new shade
- You must use a separate brush for every color of loose powder so you are not blending
two colors - No sponges, applicators, or fingers may be used
- You can re-apply the same color with its own brush as often as you like
- You may not apply Shabbas makeup onto non-Shabbas makeup applied before Shabbas
- You can remove makeup with liquid makeup remover or wash your face with the cleanser
- Cotton balls/swabs or pre-soaked pads are not to be used to remove makeup
- Rinse off with water & dry with a paper towel & then with a towel

HOW TO APPLY MAKEUP
Spray Shabbas moisturizer & allow to dry before applying any Shabbas makeup
Apply blush but do not blend the moisturizer & blush together
Then apply the foundation around it
If your skin is dry apply moisture spray again & allow to dry

Each color needs it own brush
Do not blend different colors together

Dot the powder on & then connect the dots

HOW TO APPLY LIP POWDER
Spray, let dry and add more powder
spray the face to add moisture and a perfect set finish
