- Select a Rabbi as mesader Kedushin
- The couple should take separate Chosson (groom) & Kallah (bride) classes
- Find a wedding hall
- Register for gifts
- Invitations
1. Both families need to make a list
2. Ask the creator of the invitation to also address them
3. Don't forget the RSVP card needs a stamp as well as your address - Make travel arrangements for family members

2. Most airlines have a closet that can house gowns - Select a Kosher caterer & plan a menu
- Choose a wedding planner
- Hire a photographer & videographer
- Choose a band
- Select a Chuppah singer (optional)
- Select a Sheva Brachos announcer
- Make a list of who gets each bracha
- Find a makeup artist
- Find a beauty shop for those that need their hair done
- Buy a wedding dress or borrow one from a gemach
- The chosson needs a kittel, hat, suit & shoes
- Buy a veil
- Select flowers for the bridal bouquet, center pieces & chuppah
- If covering your hair, buy a sheitel
- Order benchers & yarmulkes
- Buy a wedding ring for the kallah
- Table arrangements
1. Make a seating chart
2. Fill in the names on the seating cards - Plan the Shabbas Aufruf for the Chosson
- Plan the Shabbas Kallah

ON THE DAY OF THE WEDDING
- The Chosson has to bring his Kittel & the State Marriage License
- The Rabbi has the Kesuba (marriage contract)
- Someone should have a nice bag to hold the kallah's jewelry until after the chupah
