On holiday nights some say the she'heh'chee'yah'new bracha
after kiddush instead of when lighting candles but this is not done on Shabbat

FOR BLIND WOMEN
If there is a male over Bar Mitzvah in the house that can see
a blind women can light candles with a bracha
