- You use a cup with 2 handles as pictured above
- You fill the cup with water
- You hold the cup in your left hand & pour water over your right hand twice
- Then switch hands & pour water over your left hand twice
- Then you say the bracha

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יי אֱלֹהֵנּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם
אֲשֶר יָצַרא אֶת הָאָדָם בְּחָכְמָה וּבָרָא
בוֹ נְקָבִים נְקָבִים חֲלוּלִים חֲלוּלִים
גָלּי וְיָדעַ לִפְנֵי כִסֵא כְבוֹדֶךָ
שֶאִם יִפָּתֵחַ אֶחָד מֵהָם אוֹ יִסָתֵם אֶחָד מֵהֶם
אִי אֶפְשׁר לְהִתְקַיֵּם וְלַעֲםוֹד לְפָנֶיךָ

ENGLISH
Blessed are you G-d, our Lord king of the universe,
who created man with wisdom
& created in him many different openings & cavities
It is obvious before your glourious throne
that if one of these (openings) rupture
or if one of them (cavities) would be wrongly blocked
it would be impossible to continue to stand before You.
You are blessed, Lord,
who heals all flesh in a wonderful way
