Short Ribs
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Onions (large) (cut into rings)
- 2 lbs Short ribs
- 1/2 C Sugar (brown)
- 1 T Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 T Soy Sauce (or imitation)
- 4 Garlic (cloves) (crushed)
- 3 C Ketchup
- 1/2 C Honey
- 1 C Wine (red)
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Place onions at the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan.
- 2. Lay meat on top of onions.
- 3. Combine the sugar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic, ketchup, honey, wine
& ½ C water. - 4, Pour over ribs & marinate four 2 hours.
- 5. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
- 6. Tightly cover & bake for 2 hours
