HOW TO USE NOOCH
- Mimics the flavors of eggs, cheese, nuts & umami
- Adds thickness to soups & gravies
- Enhances bean dishes including cholent

SUBSTITUTES FOR NOOCH
If your recipe calls for 1 C of nutritional yeast
use 1/3 C of any of these instead
- Miso
- Soy Sauce
- Tamari Sauce
- Low Salt Tamari Sauce
If you use any of the above & your recipe calls for salt,
reduce the amount of salt even if using the low salt Tamari.
