FACE MASKS
ADVICE
- Make sure to test a little of the face mask on your skin
- If that gets irritated wash it off right away
- If not, you use that mask

Directions for all face mask 'recipes' below
- Put on a shower cap OR use a headband to p ull back hair
- Wash your face with your regular cleanser
- Run hot water over a washcloth & squeeze out the excesss water before applying to your face for a minute or 2
- Apply mask generously to your face & leave on for 10 - 15 minutes
- Wash mask off your face
- Follow with your regular face care routine (toner, moisturizer, overnight cream, etc.)
C = Cup T = Tablespoon t = teaspoon

APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
Works as a toner
- 1/4 C Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 C Water
Reduces breakouts, protects skin, eliminates toxins & free radicals
- 1/2 T Apple cider vinegar
- 2 T Pumpkin puree
- 1 Egg white

Moisturizing mask for oily skin
- 1/2 Avocado (ripe)
- 1 Egg white
- 1 t Lemon Juice

BANANAS
- Have potassium which heals blemishes
- They can be used on their
- Helps all skin types
- It provides moisture & elasticity but it's also great for acne prone skin
Reduces acne & brightens skin
- 1 Banana (ripe) (mashed)
- 1 t Lemon juice
- 1 t Honey

COCONUT OIL
Heals & smooths dry skin, slows wrinkling
- Can apply just to dry areas of your face or as a spot treatment
- Can apply it straight from the jar or mix it until you achieve the desired consitency
Reduces acne & puffiness
- 1 t Coconut oil
- 1 T Honey
- 3 Asprin (tablets) (crushed)

HONEY
- Helps all skin types
- It provides moisture & elasticity but it's also great for acne prone skin
Mix all ingredients together in a blender
- 1/3 C Blueberries
- 8 Strawberries
- 1 t Olive oil
- 1 t Coconut oil
- 1 T Honey
- 1/4 C Coconut Milk.
Reduces blackheads
- 2 T Honey
- 3 T Uncooked oatmeal
Reduces Pores
- 2 t Honey
- 1 Egg
Brightens & exfoliates skin
- 3 T Honey
- 8 Strawberries (mashed)

YOGURT
- Tightens pores
- Softens & cleanses skin
Cleanes, reduces blemishes & smooths your complexion
- 1 T Yogurt
- 1 t Aloe vera
- 1 t Lemon juice
Reduces irritated, red or blotchy skin
- 1 Peach (pealed & mashed)
- 2 T Yogurt
- 1/2 t Baking Soda
Reduces acne & brightens skin
- 1 Banana (ripe) (mashed)
- 1 t Lemon juice
- 1 t Honey
